At GiftStore.quest, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days (recommended for gift stores). If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded
